Delete your account

Android application & gmpl360.cloud web dashboard

GMPL 360 accounts belong to employees and contracted field staff of Global Marks Pvt Ltd. One account is used for both the Android application and the web dashboard, so deleting it removes access to both.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time, whether you are still working with us or have already left.

How to request deletion

1Send an email to globalmarksdeveloper@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account, or from any address if you registered with a phone number only.

2Include your full name, your employee code (for example EMP-0123, shown on your profile in the app) and your registered email or phone number, so we can identify the correct account.

3We verify the request against your HR record and confirm by email. Your account is deactivated immediately on confirmation, and deletion is completed within 30 days.

Email your deletion request

This opens your email app with the details already filled in.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in details and password.
Your name, father’s name, date of birth, address, phone number and email.
Your CNIC number and CNIC photographs.
Your bank name, account title, account number and IBAN.
Your profile photograph and the photographs you uploaded.
Your recorded location points.

What we have to keep, and for how long

Pakistani employment and tax law requires an employer to retain payroll records. For that reason attendance totals, sales figures and salary payments are kept for the period the law requires, and are then deleted.

These retained records carry only your employee code and the amounts paid. They do not keep your CNIC images, bank details, photographs or location points — all of those are removed as described above.

If you are still employed

Deleting your account will stop you from marking attendance and entering sales, on both the app and the web dashboard. Please speak to your manager or HR before requesting deletion.

You can also do this from inside the app

Open GMPL 360 → More options → Request account deletion. It opens the same email with your details already filled in.
